Getting support

There are number of ways get support or receive answers to your question.

First, you can learn a lot by exploring our Demo application (see Learning from Demo).

Second, you can check this online documentation. At the moment number of pages maybe not high, but we keep improving and adding more material on the go. Meanwhile you can also check 400-page PDF, which was also installed with SDK (online location is here)

Users with active subscription can ask question directly to LightningChart developers. There are to primary channels. One is to right email to [email protected] (please mention subscription ID in email). Another is to create ticket in LightningChart’s customer Portal. Typical response time is less than 1 business day.

User with trial license could also ask questions to LightningChart developers.

You can also explorer LightningChart's forum and other resources. Although some of those topic maybe too old. Therefore, it is good idea to verify that proposed solution is still the best in latest release.
